Planned this stay for the solar Eclipse. And was please to surprised to be invited to an eclipse viewing party! We even made and brought some dessert to share! Had a fantastic time and this little private residence is not far from IU if you’re intending to visit the university or just explore Bloomington! Highly recommend this spot!

This space was quiet, clean, safe, and had everything I needed for an extended stay. The bed is comfortable and there are plenty of towels, blankets, etc. The laundry room is big. Tarah was a friendly host, responsive when I had a question. Highly recommended!

I absolutely loved Tarah’s place! It’s a beautiful property, I loved seeing the animals upon entering and exiting. The photos on the app are a bit deceiving to the eye, the place is much larger than it looks in the photos! Tarah is terrific, she’s always helpful, responds very quickly, and she’s always concerned with your comfortability. Bloomington isn’t a very large city so everything is pretty much a short drive away. If you’re looking for a a private, peaceful environment, I highly recommend staying at Tarah’s place…

We came in for a football weekend in November to see our son at IU and wanted to stay away from the crowds at the hotels in Bloomington so we stayed at this great home. Everything was as described and the communication was great. We checked in Friday afternoon and met the host and chatted about the property and we really felt welcomed. Full usable kitchen if you need it (we didn't) but the refrigerator came in quite handy for storing breakfast items. This property is literally 2 minutes from the 69 interstate so you can be to the football stadium in 8 minutes. It was so convenient staying here and getting into town, yet really quiet and peaceful because you are in the country. They also have 2 donkeys, a horse and a beautiful cow that will come up to the fence to say hello if you stop. Definitely will stay here again. Thanks Tarah.
