THERE ARE ROACHES AND MICE who also reside in this home… The bathroom has mildew and mold… we were there for a work trip vendors at merrie monarch.. the neighborhood is really quiet we were very respectful we’re not partiers or drinkers… one night we were laughing at 9:04 and immediately got a text from host to shut windows.. and be mindful that it’s after 9pm… he told us 3 times through message that we can’t walk in the living room after 9pm because it is above the downstairs bedroom.. we’ve had conversations with downstairs tenant who claimed that she couldn’t hear us at all… on top of getting texts to be quiet the dog downstairs barked all night long who was alot louder then our laughter… we went to Walmart and purchased pillows and blankets and towels because the ones there were filthy and smelled really bad… the home needs a good deep clean and to be fumigated… on the last night we opted to go and rent a hotel because that’s when the mice were spotted in the kitchen. Horrible stay

Great place to stay and Chris was one of the best host we ever had. Would come back here again for sure.
