My cousin and I booked Chris’ place the night before we were to fly in. It was an unexpected trip but Chris was so accommodating. I like the big space with the beds and dressers. You can section off the big sleeping area if you prefer but we kept it open the whole time. Chris’ place had everything we needed and when I asked questions he was quick to respond. We were comfortable and we got to meet our neighbors during our stay. The only recommendation I would make is another fan in the living room area. That’s about it. Thank you again Chris.

The listing was spot on and the apartment did the job. The property was beautiful and peaceful. There was nothing special inside and I was surprised to find no toiletries (ie body wash, shampoo…etc). Chris was responsive and informative to an inquiry we had about millipedes on the floor. We were surprised to see them but quickly realized we’re in the tropics and “guests” are to be expected. Our toddler was fascinated by them. I would not recommend for light sleepers as the upstairs apartment is clearly heard through the floor. CLEARLY. Or maybe check if that rental is available instead…

We needed a place to stay on our island hop and Chris’ place was perfect! Easy instructions, beautiful property, and very clean! Chris is extremely accommodating and communicates everything needed to know well! Mahalo Chris!

It's only 1 bedroom with a curtain. So not as described. The people above were noisy... it was like they were constantly moving furniture and we could hear them talking (although not clear enough to hear the conversation). While it was stated, it was louder than expected. I thought it was clean enough (things a bit old, but clean) but my wife disagreed and did not think it was clean. The bedsheets all felt very old. Chris is lovely and the fruit trees all amazing. But overall, a disappointing experience, as we would have chosen other locations had we known all that we know now.
