Theresa’s “Hive” was a great location for our visit to the Ithaca area. The local area has so much to offer in terms of outdoor activities, dining, shopping, entertainment, etc. Theresa’s communication was great and the apartment had all of the amenities once could need including extra towels, blankets, cleaning supplies, and a fully stocked kitchen. Theresa even included a few snacks in a welcome basket that we thoroughly enjoyed. Given our son will be a freshman at Ithaca college this fall we look forward to returning to the area and staying at the Hive.

A+ listing! As a fellow super host, it is very hard to please us but Theresa and her hive sure did. Theresa was extremely responsive and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and we sure did. The place was pristine, and she had everything covered that you could need and some added sweet perks! We definitely will be visiting again.
