What a lovely place to spend some time. A warm and welcoming space with a great layout and flow. Had everything we needed for our two night stay. Beautifully decorated and the softest linens and the most comfortable bed. I wish I slept as well at home. In addition, the Nespresso machine and pods provided made getting out of bed a treat. Julia truly thinks of everything, is approachable and pleasant. Did not want to leave. We did not use the sauna but she was willing to fire it up for us at short notice. We also witnessed the most amazing sunset while there. Highly recommend.

Julia’s place was exactly as listed. It was so cozy and felt like home away from home. The beds were SUPER comfortable. It was very well stocked with towels, blankets, etc and came with the best coffee bar! You can tell they take pride in their place and want to ensure a comfortable stay for their guests. We used the sauna and plunge tub and wow what a treat! Overall it was quiet and peaceful stay. Perfect spot for us to unwind after hiking and exploring. Truly a special place!

We had a great stay at Julia’s place visiting the finger lakes region. The location was convenient and close to everything in Ithaca but without being in the town. The place was clean and well decorated. We especially enjoyed the espresso machine and milk frother to make our own lattes in the morning:)
