Loved the home itself. Location was close to everything. Neighborhood seems to be lower income, but we felt safe and had no issues. We would definitely recommend Julia’s home and her team. Nice updates and rainfall showers felt great!!! Especially after sandy days at the beach!!! 🏝️

The location was good for what we were doing in Palm Beach, but the neighborhood was a bit questionable. The dog next door was loud (but cute) and there was a loud party Saturday Night behind us. We did get some packages delivered while we were gone and no one bothered them. the house was well-appointed and did what we needed. One little issue but our host had it delt with imediatly and all was great.

Great spot to getway with friends. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Worth the price.

The house was okay for what we needed for the weekend and close to the convention center, but unfortunately we did not feel the most safe being in that particular neighborhood. The door has a secure lock, but we were still uneasy with some of the activity we saw close by. The home had a slight odor to it as well, which you got used to after a while, but it was noticeable each time we returned. Overall, we had a good stay and I don’t like leaving anything negative as the owners were very responsive, helpful, and kind. I just think it’s important to let people know, so they can do their own research about the area.
