First: The view’s just incredible. What a way to wake up every morning! We didn’t really ever want to leave the property. So much ocean wildlife to keep you entertained! We were captivated by the sea turtles and fish playing below, and we even saw two sharks! The inside is designed Immaculately — very bright and clean — with plenty of cooking supplies. One of our favorite things was cooking breakfast while watching the boats. And, of course, more wildlife! The beds are comfortable, and we felt very safe in the unit. While it is one unit among three others in the building, you feel like you’re the only one. It’s so quiet and peaceful. And did I mention ROMANTIC? Next: The location. Obviously it’s close to the water, but it’s also close to excursions, beaches, grocery stores and nightlife. Finally, Beatriz is a dream! She’s incredibly responsive, helpful and accommodating. She provided excellent recommendations. She and this property are awesome. Definitely coming back again and again!

The host was more than remarkably accommodating. and The property is the definition of exclusivity. If theres a waterfront property out there at the best price, this is it. Modern flare with the amenities you'd expect if you paid 4 figures a night. If there was any technical issue. The host came right over in person. Something I've never had the privilege of experiencing before. It made our stay a memorable one! This is the Airbnb experience I'd want over and over again! Thanks Beatriz!

This place was amazing. We sat outside and watched the boats come in and out of the water way. I walked 8 miles each day. I even walked to Palm Beach to have lunch. There are bike paths everywhere but even has my parents stay for a night. They loved it. Can’t wait to come back again.

The apartment is exceptionally clean and spacious, with a stupendous view of the intracoastsl waterway. We loved the attention to details, from the top notch construction materials to the quality of the towels and bedding. We felt very relaxed and at home. Great place to get away and feel like you’re back in Old Florida.
