We had an amazing stay at the cottage! We had 3 couples and had plenty of space. Jill went above and beyond! Easy to talk to and very responsive. We can't wait to be able to come back! Awesome location! Across the street from the grocery store, convenient to the marina...where we rented a boat, and to the Port of Palm Beach...where we got on the cruise ship. And a quick Uber to Worth Ave. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

It was a beautiful place. Very spacious, we had 3 adults amd 2 children with us and was a great size for everything. Jill was fantastic with communication and very friendly. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet place near the water.

“Steps to the Water” is a must have for the convenience alone. It is also exceptionally clean and from inside the house we didn’t hear the traffic at all. I traveled with my husband and two other family members and we cooked breakfast and dinner several times. We found every kitchen item we needed to prepare a few amazing meals. They also had beach chairs and towels for going to the beach (just across the bridge). We cleaned all the sand off before we took these items back into the house so it would be ready for the next guest. The grocery store is just across Blue Heron Blvd and the employees are extremely helpful and nice! We highly recommend another grocery store which is Doris’s Italian bakery and market. It was the perfect place to find everything we needed for our Italian gourmet meals. Even the amazing desserts! Omg! It’s a must go! We didn’t need to call Jill the owner at all. But before we arrived she responded to several of our questions promptly. Thanks! We’ll be back!

Great property, great location. Right next to the marina and adjacent to Phil, Forrester, peanut Island, and the beach. right there at Singer Island.

We stayed for 5 weeks and it fit our needs perfectly. Centrally located and loved walking to Singer Island and taking the ferry to Peanut Island. It was great that Publix was right across the street. I would recommend this place highly!
