Checking in was very easy, & host was accommodating to our late check in. There was a minor issue left from cleaning lady at our arrival, but host was very responsive when we addressed the concern and immediately offered solutions. The surrounding area is beautiful and perfect for anyone looking for an amazing private & peaceful getaway. There is food in the area as well as grocery if you need. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful retreat

We enjoyed our brief stay; the space is very comfortable and clean, exactly the quiet getaway we expected. A few notes: * In the winter you may find a narrow/icy path is the only route from parking to the house and that access to the entry with the automatic lock requires a walk through (deep) snow. If anybody has mobility limitations this could be an issue. * You may need to acquire your own firewood. * There are several reminders that the neighbors are very sensitive about noise to the point of calling police.
