West Worthing is the coolest spot! Safe, small bars and cafes, close to beach and main town.
But…….weekend ideas -
Why not nip to Malt Cafe for breakfast, and drink a coffee, bring a book. Then go grab the chilli squid and a crisp beer from Crab Shack, go play volleyball behind Coast Cafe, sneak a half of the delicious beers they have on.
Book Fish Factory for tomorrow as you won't get in tonight. Take your family to an early supper at Perch on the Pier, then drag everyone for a drink at Five Dots, stroll home throwing stones into the sea.
On Sunday, grab an almond croissant at Flour Pot, go up and out on to the South Downs. Go to Ridgeview and marvel at what they've got going in the heart of Sussex, watch the planes land at Shoreham airport.
Come back into the centre of town and have a supper at Yamu Yamu - get the crispi hispi - its buttery goodness disguised as cabbage.
Nip to Whiskey Rooms and wash away the Sunday blues.
In the week, grab a fish supper meal Chipwick - go early, get the quickest of beers on the way from Beer No Evil and sit on the beach to eat and drink. Come home with fried pride……..

Buses and trains are within a max of five mins. Routes to Brighton and Chichester, or further afield like London.
Parking outside is free with no permits, always spaces available.
Walk to beach in ten mins, or use the PULSE bus service from top of the road (Mill road) or 700 to Brighton from Grand Avenue
