There is plenty of parking so bring your RV, jet ski, or boat! The garage has been converted into a rec room to allow for extra space to spread out with friends and family. There is a heater as well so you can still enjoy on cold winter nights! Play a game of pool, a card game, or simply hang out, whatever floats your boat! A Roku smart TV is available for watching TV or listening to music. There is a full sized refrigerator in the garage and a charcoal grill for your convenience. A firepit is available to use along with chairs and a full patio set. Firewood and charcoal can be purchased in Russell's Point, 5 minutes away, or you can bring your own. Fully equipped kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook a delicious meal, just bring your food! A drip coffee maker/Keurig combo is available to enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch rocking chairs. We've provided coffee filters, tea bags, and enough k-cups and creamers to get your trip started. We have installed a reverse osmosis water filtration system to provide you with purified drinking water. Please use this water for drinking, coffee, tea, humidifiers, cooking, etc. The cabinets are stocked with salt, pepper, olive oil, and an assortment of spices. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, games, books, toys and a Roku Smart TV that you can use to login to your favorite streaming service. Extra chargers are available in the TV stand, just in case you forgot to bring yours. High speed internet is available and can be used anywhere from the front porch to the garage. King bed in the primary bedroom and 3 queen beds provide a great night sleep for all. All bedrooms are complete with fans, bath towels, extra sheets, and nightstands with lamps. Closets, dressers, and a hutch are available for storing your personal belongings. The primary bedroom includes a 50" smart TV and private access to the backyard. Large ensuite bathroom to primary bedroom includes walk in shower and washer and dryer. Additional newly renovated full bathroom with tub/shower combo perfect to give the kids a bath after a day on the beach. Both bathrooms stocked with a few essentials in case you forgot anything, hair dryer, hair straightening iron, hand towels, makeup towels, and full sized mirrors.
