We attended wedding festivities nearby and this was a perfect place for our family to stay. Comfortable, clean, with a beautiful river and small waterfall in the back. Erin was helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

As an early adopter to AirBnB, my family and I have stayed in many different homes. This was the most beautiful yet! The photos do not do justice to how beautifully this old waterwheel house has been renovated w/no detail overlooked. From having coffee in the nook overlooking your own private waterfall in the morning, to sinking into the comfy bed linens at night, every moment there was perfection. We wanted a few days of QT away from it all and definitely got it. The kids loved the upstairs loft built-in bunkbeds and a projector that made it their own little movie theatre. I loved the kitchen that had anything you could want to cook a nice meal, and hubby loved how the bedroom was tucked away in back (and that the master bath is gorgeous!) We spent time most time relaxing but also got in a great nearby hike. Also loved playing with kids outside—always w/the soothing sounds of the waterfall in the background. Erin was an amazing & responsive host. Cannot wait to come back!

Erin and Jared were fantastic hosts. The property is beautiful and the sound of the water is peaceful. The house is spacoius and comfortable and it was the perfect setting to create some unforgettable Holiday memories!

This is a beautiful house (even nicer than shown in the pictures). You can hear the road from the two large rooms, but the house is otherwise very peaceful. There is a little dam next to the house, so you can hear the soothing sound of water falling from the kitchen, the living room, and the shared room. Plenty of natural light. The hosts were super proactive and responsive. They shared local recommendations with us and made the entire process —from check in to check out— very easy. I would really recommend this place for groups of 5-8. Excellent value for money!

Erin’s place was amazing! She was a wonderful host who communicated clearly and was friendly. She gave some great local recommendations for the area. The house itself is gorgeous inside! Very open and cozy at the same time. The open concept living room/kitchen/dining room was great in the fact that it was a great gathering space for our family. The upstairs area and kids room was so cute and cozy! My kids loved the bunk beds. The gate at the top of the stairs gave some peace of mind as well. The outside of the place looks like it is from a magazine. Trees, streams, waterfalls, wooden bridge and even a cool old water pump well make it an explorable outside space. It is off of a major highway but you wouldn’t know it from the surroundings. Would love to come back and explore the area more and I would stay at Erin’s place as well! It was amazing!
