stay away. host has cancelled booking before 4hrs prior to check in. we were absolutely terrified because there was no option for us to go anywhere. luckily we have found some other place.

The property was very nice and William was very responsive. Given the substantial cost however, some of the below factors meant that we were not able to use the property to its full capacity and it impacted how comfortable our stay was. - The swimming pool was not well cleaned, the water was very murky and subsequently most people didn’t want to swim - The following basic amenities were not provided: Tea towels, bath mats, cleaning products for benches, bins in bathrooms, cooking oil (as advertised) etc. - There was no coffee maker/machine as advertised in the listing and we were not informed of this. - The barbecue in the back garden did not have gas and could not be used. The fairy lights in the back garden were not working. - There were a large number of dogs (+10) that were roaming the shared areas of the property. We weren’t aware that this would be the case. One large dog was persistently trying to enter the house and jumped on one of our guests causing several scratches.

It’s always a little daunting to book somewhere that has only 1 review. But the hosts were lovely, communicated well and the house was lovely.

The property was immaculate and homely. Close to everything! A beautiful property sitting in mature, landscaped grounds within easy reach from Melbourne. Topped off with a pool that sits at the back of the house, the perfect weekend summer getaway! Jane has been a wonderful host, with great communication throughout stay. Would like to come again.
