Enjoy a comfortable experience at this centrally-located Townhouse. It offers a central location 12 minute drive to the University of Arizona, 10 min. walk to Walmart grocery and 10 minute drive to El Con Mall. The unit includes 2 bedrooms (queen) and accommodates 1 - 4 people well. An office/work space in the second bedroom. Dependable High Speed Wi-Fi. The guests will have the unit all to themselves. Streaming. Washer and Dryer, and barbecue. Nice patio. Guest carport in front of unit. The unit has a living room, and dining room, 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds. There is a half bathroom, a kitchen great for cooking. Bedrooms have TV Streaming. Living Room has large screen TV. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Our stay was quick and easy. Hector was incredibly available for instructions and guidance. Neat, clean, quiet, perfect.
What a GEM! Privacy and convenience all in one. Private back yard with grill was amazing to whip up some hot dogs and relax. Did some laundry and enjoyed the amenities like the pool. Space is covered parking so it beats the heat in your vehicle. Easy to find. Fully stocked kitchen and welcome gifts…we had a very safe and amazing time.
The first night was so great I stayed again. It feels cozy but safe. Something that people may want to be aware of though is that sound travels loudly in that house. So even though it has 2 bedrooms there isnt tons of privacy in conversations. Which wasnt an issue for this trip with family but depending on who you are traveling with may want to be aware.
It is fancy but it us accommodating. The home has some worn in features, but with that comes with like filtered water pitcher, hosuehold items you might need in a pinch. It was perfect for what I needed and think for most routine trips people would be happy with the value.

Quiet and Very Centrally Located. Walmart Grocery is less than a block away and a Full Walmart is about 2 miles away. Many restaurants near by that include Subway, Mexican Fast Food, Jack In the Box, Starbucks and Outback one mile away and many more.

North South Bus Stop is 7 minutes away -
