This studio is equipped with: a queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress, washer and dryer in unit, mini split air conditioner operated by remote control that will keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The modern stainless steel appliance kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, dishwasher, coffee maker, and some countertop appliances. With shade tree at one end, and lawn chairs at the other, you can choose where to have a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The studio is 324 SF fit for 1-2 guests.

Probably the best thing about this property is location, location, location.Also is a very well equipped little unit with a sweet patio for breakfast.We stayed a month. Very satisfied.
Enjoyed my long term visit while working in Tuscan! Convenient location and felt safe. Host was always responsive and kind. Place was clean and nicely styled. I had everything I needed to feel like home and be comfortable during these last few months. Would book again if I were to stop by.
