It was wonderful stay at Peetis place. we are four families looking for perfect location to spend our long weekend and than we saw Swan villa. It is perfect get together place from city noise and walkin distance beach.

The size of the living room and the yard with the pool in the pics was not a true depiction of the real size. The location is opposite a cemetery. There were cobwebs and dust & the bathroom needed maintenance. The kitchen needs to be functional, and the microwave needs repairs. There was no readiness for guest for cold water or ice in the fridge. The property was for 12 people, but when we reached there were only 8 towels and 8 pillows and shortage of extra blankets. We got all this only when we escalated & asked for it. Since the kitchen was not functional, even Tea had to be ordered from outside and hence was cold by the time we got it. We were told there is driver accommodation, but when we got there, we realized there wasn't any accommodation for the driver, then they adjusted him elsewhere and sorted out this issue.

Good location..the two rooms on 1st floor have sea view big balconies.

This place is just 1 min away from the beach and the place is very spacious and the pool is also very big. The stay was awesome.
