This unassuming gem features delightful interiors, modern decor, and a captivating pool deck adorned with hammocks, sunbeds, and a lounge area. It's the perfect retreat to relax with your loved ones amidst the tropical climate of Alibaug. Property Layout: Ground plus 1 (3BHK Unit) (1 Bedroom is a outhouse) Bedrooms: - There are 4 Bedrooms in the Villa. One Bedroom is on the Ground Floor, while 2 Bedrooms are on the First Floor. The First Floor Bedrooms feature balconies. - Additionally, there's 1 Bedroom (Outhouse) with an attached bathroom, which is detached from the 3BHK unit and has a separate entrance near the pool area. - All Bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds, and extra bedding can be provided upon request. Living Room: - The living room has a seating arrangement for 4 people, with 2 benches and 2 chairs. - A dining table for 6 people is also part of the living room. - Air conditioning is not available in the living room. - A TV is provided for entertainment. Bathrooms: - The Outhouse has a private bathroom, and the villa has 2 common washrooms. - Basic toiletries are thoughtfully provided, though please note that towels are not included. - Geysers are installed in all the bathrooms for hot water supply. Kitchen & Meals: - We have in-house meal plans. Should you require to book it, kindly let us know in advance. This shall be subject to availability of our chefs. Rates are displayed under meals tab on the website. - Heavy cooking is prohibited. - The villa is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator and water purifier. - Cutlery and crockery are readily available for your use. Outdoor Area: - The villa includes a private swimming pool, hammocks, a coffee table with seating, and a gazebo with outdoor seating, along with a bonfire area to enjoy the views. (Please note that outdoor furniture will not be available during the monsoon season.) - The pool timings are 2pm till 10pm. Additional Amenities: - A generator is available for use in case of a power failure (additional charges apply). - Complimentary WiFi access is provided. - Mosquito repellent can be supplied to guests if needed. - The property offers secured parking space for up to 2 cars. - Barbecue facilities are available upon prior request and at an additional cost. Other Important Information: - The approach road is in good condition. - The property is nestled in a natural setting, and leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals. - To ward off mosquitoes, repellents are provided, but we recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. Damage Deposit: - A refundable security deposit of INR 10000/- will be collected upon arrival. This deposit is refundable provided that the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout time is adhered to, and no damages are incurred by guests. TRUE FACTS: - Secured Parking Space for 2 cars. - No smoking indoors. - Exterior furniture is used for props. - 5 minutes walk from the Thal beach. - Caretaker available onsite/on call from 9 am to 9 pm. - Swiggy & Zomato - Non-Operational. - No Hammocks.
