This place was just absolutely wonderful!! I flew in from Texas to spend my 30th birthday with my family. Our favorite thing to do is to go fishing. When I saw the pictures of this place, I knew it was perfect for us. Even though there was a tropical storm the weekend that we came, it was still so beautiful! The trip, the house, the underwater floating dock, I mean everything was perfect. The dock was only under water because of the storm. We got to watch the storm come through the Bay from the living room. It was just gorgeous!! We would run out in-between rain storms to fish. We didn't need the extra studio, since some of our other family members backed out. The extra space would've been perfect for late night game night when the older members went to bed. Loved the welcome gift and having coffee stocked. Well equipped kitchen and there was a propane grill outside. Super private, quiet, overall beautiful place. Would love to come back when it's not storming

We had an amazing stay at this house! The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the water. The views were absolutely stunning and we were able to take in the beauty of the area from the comfort of the house. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time together. The amenities were top notch and we had everything we needed during our stay. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. The house was in great condition and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

hotel are very limited, and needed a beautiful place to stay,, I rent homes in the Heathsville area about 3-4 times a year ,,this was hands down the best home and scenery I've had ,, I pray this home is available for my next visit,,the house was fully stocked,, because I was in town for a family reunion, I didn't take advantage of the beautiful surroundings ,, but I will definitely enjoy my next stay at this beautiful home,, Thank you for the great service,, Jeffrey T
