Barrington's home was easy to find, check in directions were clear, and it was located right on the water, exactly as pictured, and convenient to many local attractions. The neighborhood was safe and walkable, and neighbors were friendly. The house has all the amenities to allow you to relax (games/toys), enjoy time in the water with water toys and beach chairs, and to cook with kitchen supplies, a grill and starter spices and other necessary items. Towels and bathroom supplies were plentiful. As others noted, it could use a more indepth cleaning between guests, but overall we had a wonderful stay at this home.

The privacy and peace of this home is worth every penny. Our kids absolutely loved the private beach! We had a great & relaxing time!

This house is a surprise for us! The house is beautiful, and the beach, OMG I cannot believe we can have this amazing private view! We enjoyed a wonderful weekend here, and we all feel the time flys so fast. At night you may have chance to see the milky way (I saw a meteor too) and hear the sound of owls. By the way there is no hair dryer, so if you need it you need to bring your owns.

Absolutely beautiful is the private beach! House is well laid out but could use some updates. The outside of the home, although cute, was very dirty and full of cobwebs and dust. No complaints however about the beach. It’s stunning and was worth the cost and the trip. We would come back! Barrington was quick to respond about the half bath water running and plumber came out the next day.

What a nice place! Every need was anticipated. Lovely private beach, spacious home, nicely laid out for relaxation. Very nice. Thank you! Also, AirBnB site was down when I logged on to get the door code the day before my check in date. I contacted AirBnB and they had the host contact me via txt and provide the check in code I needed. MUCH appreciated since I was driving from NJ straight through and knew I'd be tired from the drive. Appreciate it!
