Creekside Crossing is a cozy place to land after a day of adventure, and also offers much to do if you just want to stay “in”. Just 9 min. from the west entrance of Glacier NP, Whitefish and Blacktail ski areas, endless opportunities abound for winter and summer activities alike! When you’re back at home, curl up on the swing by the creek, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy a crisp Montana night by the campfire. Your summer adventure or winter wonderland awaits! ❄️ During December-March, our home will be decorated for the winter months and ready for you to enjoy activities such as cookie decorating, festive crafts for the little ones, and a hot cocoa bar. The hot tub will also be available and there are countless opportunities for nearby for winter hiking, snowshoeing, downhill and cross country skiing, snowboarding, sleigh rides, snowmobiling, dog sledding and more! For winter stays, we recommend driving a vehicle with AWD, 4WD or equipped with snow tires. Our roads are plowed and maintained regularly during the winter season, however some snow and ice will remain after clearing. This historic railroad was foundational to the formation of Glacier National Park and it runs through Coram and the surrounding cities. Adults and children alike love to watch the train go by! Please note that the train conductor is required to blow the horn each time the train approaches the crossing or if there are animals on the tracks (typically every few hours during the day and night) and it can be loud, especially when you are outside. We have installed sound reducing windows and doors which dampen the sound significantly, but you do still hear it.
