We were so excited to stay in a ‘caboose’! Grant left no detail undone in building this incredible tiny home. So much CNR paraphernalia and lovely little historical details for any train enthusiast. Very usable space, peaceful location, and friendly host.

We had such an awesome stay. It was surprisingly peaceful and quiet. One minute your in a busy city and the next minute you feel like your in the country. Once you step inside, you begin to realize how much work and detail was put into this guest house. Just amazing! It made our stay very comfortable while being able to relax at the end of the day and just sit on the back deck and take in that scenery. Grant was there to greet us upon arrival and was very good at showing us the in's and out's. Thank you Grant for a wonderful stay and a trip down memory lane. John & Tina

This Air BnB was a hidden gem and a little paradise away from the city. It by far exceeded all of my expectations, I had such a peaceful and relaxing time. I have always loved trains since I was little, watching Thomas the Tank Engine and this place made my inner child so happy! It was so cool to see all of the memorabilia of the Canadian Railway and everything fit the train theme to perfection. The attention to detail was spectacular and made for the best experience! Waking up to a panoramic view of the water every morning was absolutely breathtaking. I truly loved being able to relax by the water while also making the most of what Halifax has to offer. It was so peaceful and quiet, you would never know you’re just a street away from the always busy Burnside Park! A true hidden Oasis and paradise right in the hustle and bustle of the city. I wholeheartedly recommend this AirBNB and wish I didn’t have to leave. These memories will last a lifetime and I am incredibly grateful!

I wish it hadnt rained so we could have enjoyed the outside space beside the water. It is a tiny home, but well equipped and excellent use of space. Loved all the CN kitsch. Would highly recommend and will stay there again when we have games in the city!
