It was the perfect home to enjoy having our family together. Plenty of common space and the bonus room with the TV was perfect for some added space to getaway. We had 2 dogs and the fenced in backyard was the perfect "exercise" spot. Although we did not wander around this time in Ashland the house is within walking distance to downtown. Thanks, Michael, for being so responsive to our requests.

cozier than photos! lots of outdoor amenities that we did not get to utilize due to rain, but well appointed indoors and comfy. window/portable AC units which we did not need.

This was a wonderful stay! So close to downtown. The kitchen was completely stocked with all the things needed to cook a good meal. My family and I enjoyed this little vacation and hope to come again!

We loved our stay here and wished it had been for longer. Perfect spot for two dogs, 3 adults and a teen mid-road trip — we cooked a good meal and the dogs enjoyed the yard. Michael called to make sure everything was on point for us — excellent hospitality.
