Villa had everything we needed for our stay. Karen always responded quickly . I am sure she is a lovely person. I would have mattress pads on the beds. I would also have the garbage disposal fixed, seems it has been broken for awhile. Floors were a bit sandy on bare feet and under the beds needed cleaning. There was food on the inside of the microwave. Good value just needed a better cleaning for our stay. Very quiet and nice neighborhood close to Sumpter landing which guests would love.

By far the cleanest air bnb I have ever stayed in! Karen's place was awesome! we really enjoyed our stay here and she was very responsive! The golf cart was also a great bonus! Would definitely stay here again!!!

The home was clean and comfortable. The golf cart was a great amenity, and Karen was responsive immediately anytime I had a question!

Loved the villages, would definitely come back again, would love to move here when i retire.
