Casa do Faval is an old miller’s house integrated in a 7.3 ha agroforest farm along the Sousa River. It is perfect for families and for relaxing within the nature, while located only 30 min by car from Porto city center. Here you will hear the birds, swim in a salt water swimming pool, dine alfresco in the fully equipped barbecue area and meet the farm animals. Among several local feasts in the region especially during summer time, you will find the most important one on the 1st Sunday in May – Feast of Sr.ª do Salto (Chapel of Sr.ª do Salto).
