Enjoy a nice stroll downtown, great food with the locals, fantastic coffee. We have it all within walking distance in our downtown neighborhood! Our new apartment is perfectly located near many of the local eateries. Whatever your preference, shops, boutiques, and great food will give you ample opportunity to stretch your legs and explore the area of what Seymour offers within a few blocks. You will love your stay in our apartment, and you'll be energized by the neighborhood vibe, we know it! Welcome to "THE green HAVEN" .We are located on the Second Floor, Its located above a small Dog Grooming Business only- The house is allergen-free, with a strict 'No Pets/No Exceptions' policy. Thank you for your understanding. Although we are pet owners ourselves, we feel this is the best way to ensure a clean, safe environment for all of our guests. Unless it is a request for your service animal, we kindly ask that you don't inquire about an exception. You'll have Self Check-In, with your own private code. This apartment is Super unique and stylish- We have everything you could possibly need. We are located in the heart of Seymour in walking distance of several places to visit!

The Green Haven was a wonderful place to spend a weekend with the girls. No detail has gone overlooked. Darci has beautiful taste and all the small touches made it perfect. We enjoyed the outdoor patio. The beds were super comfy. Rain shower was amazing. Walking distance to good restaurants and some cute shops. Highly recommend!
Darci was awesome, helped with everything and left plenty of snacks! The kitchen is great with all the basic spices you would need to cook yourself. It’s brand new and smells like a new car. Beds are super comfortable. Shower is amazing.
We loved Darci's spacious apartment. We felt so at home while staying for a family gathering. Every room was sparkling clean, beautifully designed and thoughtfully decorated. We enjoyed the space and fun personal touches. We were able to cook, relax and enjoy our visit. Having traveled to many vacation homes I have to say this is one of the best! Communication and check-in was excellent as well. I look forward to visiting Darci's place again.
Amazing space in a great location—perfect spot for a fun Seymour stay!
The Green Haven is such a great find! We were so impressed with the space in every way - it’s super cozy, beds are so comfy, the kitchen is incredibly well stocked with dishes and pots, the coffee bar is stellar, the desk area was great for one of us to catch up on work. There are tvs and games and great spaces for hanging out. The bathrooms felt spa like - even the towels were amazing! When we come to the area to visit family we will definitely choose Green Haven again. Darci is such a kind and friendly host with an incredible gift of design and hospitality!

Parking is available in the common area to the east side anytime. Front parking is available 8am-4pm(2hours at a time M-F) Weekends you’re fine!
