Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The home was nice, but tight quarters. The living room comfortably seats 3 people (between the couch and chair in corner), and others must sit on a stool or kitchen chair. You’re about a half mile from Nashville which was extremely convenient. Please note, you are not in a secluded area. You’re very close to the road and neighbors. When sitting around the fire at night, we could hear our neighbors very clearly. We also had an encounter where a loud septic alarm attached to the home went off all throughout the night—every 30 seconds or so— where we could not sleep at all. Courtney did not get back with us until 1 PM the next day, however, she had someone come out at that time and fix the problem. I believe this was isolated and does not always happen, but it did impact our overall stay.

Four of us stayed for a girls’ weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. Everything was close - downtown Nashville, grocery, distillery. For me, the icing on the cake was the beautiful brook in the front yard. I could have stayed forever!
