Assez bon logement dans l’ensemble avec rapport qualité / prix abordable mais déception sur le fait qu’il s’agisse d’une chambre dans une « maison » et non vraiment un logement privatif, avec par conséquent de nombreuses règles contraignantes (pas de bruit possible, pas de possibilité de cuisiner après 20h…) ; et sur l’hygiène parfois manquante (poils, eau stagnante douche). Débit du robinet de la douche faible. Accessible en transports en commun

This place was an OK place to put your head down for the night. The toilet and bathroom are in one room and very tiny with barely any leg room to turn 360° without bumping into either the sink or the toilet... So if you are a bigger person, you might struggle with fitting between using the toilet and bath. There was also a leak in the toilet piping. The accommodation did not make us feel like we were home away from home, as there were lots of rules stickers on the walls and appliances, with threats of fines. E.g, if you clog the toilet there is a fine of £50 - toilet wall. No cooking between the hours of 8pm - 7am - on the cooking cabinet. otherwise you'd incur a fine of £200. On the morning of the next day, my wife and I couldn't wait to leave and be back in the comfort of our home. In addition, some of the other guests came in around 2am, and they got all noisy thereby interrupting our sleep. My wife also found the bed springs digging into her back which was uncomfortable

El alojamiento es tal cual como se muestra en las imágenes, a tan solo 20 minutos del centro y la estación de metro a unas pocas cuadras. Abul nos permitió hacer el check in antes de la hora lo cual fue muy útil!. Cabe destacar que el estudio es una habitación dentro de una casa donde existen otros huéspedes, pero esto no nos causo ningún problema o inconveniente. El hospedaje cuenta con hartas reglas que no se mencionan al hacer la reserva como que no se puede cocinar después de las 20 hrs.

Checked in at 9pm, we couldn’t lock the door from inside. Central heating didn’t work so we had to call on emergency number provided. Guy on the phone was rude, finally turned on heating around 2am. Then they allowed someone to check in at 3am while we were trying to have some sleep. New guests had a kid crying in corridor and they were dragging their bags on the stairs at 3am. Who allows check in this late? Abul should consider this next time that checking in guests after 11pm shouldn’t be allowed.
