Eve's place was very private and secluded, and exactly as pictured. We only scheduled and stayed two nights, but would have been just as comfortable staying two months, as it met all of our needs. The place was very clean and all of the basic amenities were available, plus a few extras. It's well shaded from the sun and stays cool in the Florida heat. They were extremely responsive about check in questions. When we showed up were actually very happy to gind that the place was basically as clean as a whistle, so they went above and beyond on that front. The bed was comfy, too! I'm told I always come across as negative, but the truth is that I didnt have any complaints whatsoever. We were lucky to have found this little gem and will look for it in the future. Thanks!

Regina was extremely friendly and very helpful – even let me stay much longer than checkout as my daughter was in a swim meet nearby with extremely long hours, so she allowed us to stay even after check out. If you love being surrounded by woods and quiet, I would recommend this place!

It is rustic place that seems like a work in progress. We did not spend much time there other than to sleep so it served it's purpose. It does have a smell-reminds me of a nursing home. It could be the furniture that is a variety of pieces and patterns and may be second hand. It was not awful. The view is of the neighbors yard which is very cluttered with stuff. The screen door does not stay shut and bangs against the house, sink in half bath continues to drip, the wrong wi-fi network was listed in the instructions and it took a little while to get the correct info. Host was nice and tried to help.
