beautiful home had everything we needed. the game room was awesome for the kids and adults. spent most of our time in the basement. has everything thing you need down there. had plenty of propane for the gas grill and plenty of fire wood to have a fire for the 5 nights we were there. they do have marshmallow rosters for you as well. we fished everyday on the dock and the Canoes. didn't catch alot but water was pretty cold. they were very responsive to all our questions. thanks so much fr the great memories.

Great stay, would recommend 10/10. Great communications and instructions from the host. The game room was a perfect place to spend time and play games. A bit far if from Charlotte if you plan to visit the city but other than that everything was perfect. Thanks again!

My friends and I rented this beautiful lake house for a girls weekend. The house was perfect! So many fun things to do in the game room and outside. The house has plenty of room for a large group to spread out for quite time and great spaces for everyone to be together. Although the weather was cold and rainy and we didn’t get to enjoy all the outside areas, would highly recommend this place to our friend and family. Thanks for having our group!

J & A Lake Properties was perfect for our annual “Girls trip”! We are a group of 10 Women. The house had plenty of seating to accommodate all of us comfortably! All the bedrooms had ample space and comfortable beds. J &A lake properties left us the cutest basket with s’mores to enjoy around their beautiful outdoor fire pit! And the bonus was the fun basement that had a pool table, air hockey table, card table, foosball table and a bar. Also, they have added a hot tub which was perfect to relax in and look at the lake! Highly recommend
