Our apartment is ideal for welcoming a family or a group of friends. The central and quiet location of the apartment will bring you in less than 5 minutes too the harbor, beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment has been renovated in 2022, we hope you will as well as home in our apartment. The accommodation can welcome 8 people. The apartment has a large living space, a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom and 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have a double bed for 2 people (160x200) and the third bedroom has 2 beds of 140x200cm for 4 people.

Mooie locatie, dicht bij station en de kust .
Het is een werkelijk prachtig appartement, zeer ruim en mooi ingericht. 3 ruime slaapkamers mooie woonkamer, zeer goed werkende WiFi, voor ouderen en mindervaliden zeer god te bereiken middels de aanwezige lift. bij aankomst was het appartement brandschoon, bedden opgemaakt en handdoeken aanwezig. alles wat in de advertentie beschreven staat klopt. het is op 5 min lopen van het station. het strand, boulevard, haven,centrum winkels en horeca op zeer korte afstand. prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend. Geluid van buitenaf niet aanwezig. ook de buren zijn vriendelijk en geen nachtelijke overlast. 100% de moeite dit appartement te betrekken voor een prettig verblijf in Oostende. de aankomst instrukties zijn duidelijk en kinderlijk eenvoudig.. mensen die over dit appartement negatief schrijven zullen nooit tevreden zijn. het enige mogelijke minpuntje is .. als je het een minpunt kunt noemen is het het afvoeren van het afval.. kan buiten in de ondergrondse afval container. 5***** !!

Around the mid of August the city of Ostend organize one week of festivities, the Paulusfeesten. Be aware that during that week some music will be played in the streets.
By car:
WINTER:
From the 1st of October till the 31st of March we can offer you a free parking space at 10 minutes walking distance. As we only have 2 parking spaces for all our guests we work on the principle of the first come first served. It is only possible to reserve one parking space per apartment.
SUMMER:
During the high season starting from the 1st of April till the 30st of September you can rent our parking spaces at €15/night.
By train:
The train station is only at 5 minutes from the apartment, so it is easy to come by train and walk towards the apartment when arriving in Ostend.
Bruges is only at 15 minutes by train away, which makes it's perfect for a day trip!
