A short walk to the Pearl. A perfect spot for a weekend getaway or prolonged stay. We rented for almost 5 months and had no issues during our stay! Area is safe and space is very well designed/equipped. Ashley was always fast to respond should we need anything!

My family and I stayed here during a last minute staycation. As native San Antonio residents, we were very pleased with the location. We were able to walk to The Pearl, and The River Walk was less than a 5 minute drive! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed and so much more. The check in and out instructions were simple, and the hosts were quick to respond. I definitely recommend this home and look forward to staying here again!

I have never stayed at a home so clean! We were amazed at how spotless this place was when we walked in. We instantly felt right at home because of the wonderful decor and how tidy this home was. The home was tucked away on a quiet little street which made us feel safe and cozy. The location was great! Super close to restaurants, bars, and family friendly fun! Also, the porch swing with a cup of coffee was a great way to start the morning. We definitely plan on coming back!

This place is an absolute must stay if you are coming to San Antonio! Ashley and Brad were wonderful hosts. They were were very responsive and made sure that we had an enjoyable stay. The home itself was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfy! The location was one of the best parts. We walked to The Pearl which was gorgeous then took an Uber downtown which is only a few minutes away. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful! This is a home we highly recommend!

Ashley’s place is so cozy! It was hard to get out of the comfy bed. This place was immaculately clean! You can tell she takes a lot of pride in this home! Very easy to access and communication was easy! I would highly recommend this gem in San Antonio close to the Pearl! Thank you for sharing this place!
