Palm Beach County is located within the South Florida metropolis, just north of Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. Palm Beach Shores is Florida's easternmost point with a small population of 1,328. Palm Beach Shores has substantial access to interstate, seaport, rail and air infrastructure. Florida's Turnpike and I-95 bisects Palm Beach County offering multiple exits with east-west thoroughfares for ease of access. The Tri-Rail Train system and the new Brightline Train connect Palm Beach County with Fort Lauderdale and Miami (soon Orlando!) offering passengers public transportation access to all submarkets in South Florida. The area is also served by Palm Beach International Airport with connections to Amtrak and Palm Tran Bus system.
