Recently renovated stately apartment with balcony, lake view and private courtyard in the heart of Bellagio, a few steps from the pier. The apartment, located on the first floor of a prestigious building without an elevator, opens onto a large hallway that separates the living area from the sleeping area. In front of the entrance guests will find the elegant living room furnished with a sofa and a Tv, directly connected to the dining room with a fireplace. This room boasts an access to the balcony overlooking the lake and the surrounding mountains. The living area also includes a modern kitchen with counter and stools that is fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and an espresso machine. The sleeping area, which is very quiet thanks to its internal view, consists of three bedrooms, all featuring a closet, one with two single beds and two with a queen-size bed each. One of the two double bedrooms also includes a desk. The layout is completed by two newly renovated bathrooms with shower. The kitchen has access to the large courtyard that comes with sun loungers, a barbecue, tables and chairs. From here a staircase leads to the upper part of the village of Bellagio. At guests' disposal amenities such as free wifi, iron, air conditioning and heating. In the courtyard there is also a laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and barbecue equipment.
