When we arrived in the house the house was completely dirty and furthermore we didn’t received the keys from the owner. We entered the house through the window and some neighbors helped us to call the agency who maintains the house. Then they send cleaners who didn’t clean the house they just brought us towels and toilet paper. From the beginning on we had problems with the Air Conditioning. We called them 3 days in a row to fix it and we always got the answer that we should wait. Until they send us a mechanic on the 10th Day!. we then got the information that the AC is not repairable. . In the last days it was over 36 degrees and inside the house even more! we couldn't rest in this inhuman condition. Advice: Don't book this place! I must add that this the first time I need to complain about an accommodation. Extremely disappointed and angry.

It was just dirty, really dirty when we arrived they couldn’t send cleaners that day so we had to start our stay with a few hours cleaning, floors where sticky, dead bugs and live bugs everywhere. Nothing had been dusted for some time. The outdoor area had not been cleaned in months dirt and cobwebs over everything, it was unusable. Its an older place but looked like the photos so thats fine. TV is old and has a few dead pixels, the garage door didnt work told them this on first day, they did nothing about this in three weeks of stay so that made it difficult for containing pet. Called and harassed us multiple times 40 mins before checkout to see if we had left yet. Its a nice area and a big enough space at a reasonable price so if they manage it properly, it might be fine moving forward.
