We booked this place for 2.5 months and first 30 nights were paid in full in advance and due to that upfront payment we got terribly stuck at this property. Please don’t just fall for the beach or the suburb.. nothing works here. In first two days we realised that the following amenities weren’t working or broken: Non functional Dryer Broken Shower head in main ensuite Broken vacuum cleaner Light bulbs were missing Garage remotes don’t work Non functional clothing iron Missing tv remotes Their smart tv doesn’t work It was a mission to contact them and get the replacement items. We were asked to make videos of all broken things again and again. We have been opening/ closing the garage manually. We were given incomplete set of keys upon check in. We decided to move to another property after 30 days as it was one of worst places to be at, if there was a refund policy, we would have moved out next very day. We paid them $450 a night and for last 2 nights, we were charged $700 a night.
Nice clean place close to the beach in a quiet area. The beds were so comfortable it was hard to get out of bed in the morning, best sleep in a while. Recommend!
Worst experience out. No salad bowls dirty knives and folks in draw. No towels provided and worst customer service I’d have ever experienced
