Great location and house needs a good clean outside in particular with rubbish bins full and large amount of rubbish stacked along side fence next to rubbish bins where we could not put our rubbish. Check in was late and needed to contact host to get code for lock after advised time of arrival for check in. Kitchen sink tap leaks and water runs everywhere. Needs a good update and minor fixes. Beds were comfy and the kitchen very small and reasonably well equipped. Entering the property needs a good tidy up with respect to maintain path to house and prune hedges. Hard to navigate at night to front door. Outdoor needs a tidy up and 2nd toilet needs a good clean. Spiders in this toilet. Excessive communication from hosts business about leaving 5 star review and early morning weekend texts are not appreciated.
