Lovely two bedroom , (2 queen size beds) house with undercover patio, native wildlife & gardens. Walking distance to organic local market, five minutes to mullum town by car, 10 by bicycle. Brunswick beach is ten minutes away and Byron Bay not much further. Come and enjoy the peaceful setting in a quiet safe neighborhood and explore the beautiful nature surrounds. We have clean and scenic ocean and hinterland close by. The space Is tranquil to relax in, with a minimalist style. You will love this private, safe and secure cozy two bedroom home. Enjoy everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. You will find an electric oven, gas stove, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and other appliances, utensils and crockery required for your stay. In addition you’ll find a drip coffee machine, coffee, a selection of teas, milk and sugar and some supplies for a simple breakfast. There is usually a nice breeze to keep you cool in the warmer months, by opening screened windows / doors on each side, if it is hot on your arrival day we will turn on the air con prior to your arrival and ask that you be mindful that we use solar power and prefer the aircon to be off at night. There are ceiling fans in all rooms and high ceilings. Come winter or summer, it’s usually a comfortable temperature inside with a little window/ blinds management. Views of Mt Chincogan and nature reserve adjoin the rear of the property with large windows making the most of the North facing aspect. Queen size bed in each room. Complete with fully equipped kitchen, relaxed open plan living, two lounges, TV and dining space. Fast NBN Wi-Fi. Beautiful naturally lit bathroom with bath. Laundry facilities, Cleaning products provided Bathroom stocked with toiletries.. Bath tub & seperate (rain-head) shower Parking: Please park in the driveway off the street or in front of property but not on the grass nor neighbours properties. Other things to note: The front driveway is shared access to the side of the property which houses an attached granny flat occupied part time by one quiet person. That area is private and seperate to your accomodation. While you might pass in the driveway or coming/going there will be little interaction unless desired. Feel free to say hi. Your space, the garden view bedrooms and garden outside them are treated with the utmost of privacy. Bushes create screens from the road. Please note there is a garage and a little shed beside the driveway which is not part of the accomodation. Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. This is a quiet neighborhood and is the perfect home away from home. Supplies: The home is stocked with some simple things to get you started such as Shampoo/conditioner, body wash, laundry and dish wash essentials. Salt pepper, olive oil, butter, eggs, baking paper, oats, flour, a little milk, cling wrap, etc. We reduce single use plastic waste by offering large refillable containers for soaps etc , please enjoy & don’t discard those. Following Covid safe rules, the space is disinfected, all handles, surfaces, touch points and furniture has been cleaned. Please no shoes inside the house, thank you. Please read house rules. Guest access You will have private access to the entire two bedroom home. Other things to note: Smoking is restricted to outside the property. No loud music, No parties. Please close all windows and doors when using aircon in the living area and also when leaving the house so the rain does not come in. Thank you!
