The main floor has the common areas such as the kitchen, dining and living room, and the bedrooms are all located on the second floor downstairs. The second bedroom with queen bed is perfectly appointed with a beautiful vintage style and adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom has two bunkbeds, with a twin over full to make sure extra guests or kiddos have plenty of room to sleep. The outdoor balcony has a grill, outdoor dining, retractable electric awning, and stunning views of the mountains. On a sunny day, watch the Stellers jays, woodpeckers, and squirrels gather around the birdfeeder, or stealing the fresh peanuts from the rail that you put out (provided for you). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a big family dinner. Afterwards, enjoy a cozy evening in the living room with a fireplace and flatscreen TV, or grab a book and spend a quiet moment with a glass of wine or cup of tea. Juniper and Fir is conveniently located 5 minutes from Blue Jay which has a grocery store, and excellent dining options. The home is only 10 minutes from Lake Arrowhead Village that boasts a number of great restaurants and local shops and boutiques on the waterfront. Santa’s Village is roughly a 20 minute drive and offers summer mountain biking as well as winter activities. In winter, you can also enjoy Snowdrift Snow Tubing Park about 25-30 minutes away, a great way to get some fresh air and experience the snow. Finally, if you are looking to ski or snowboard, Big Bear is only 45 minutes east. Big Bear also offers epic mountain biking experiences in the summer too!
