When we turned up the front Garden and driveway was heavily overgrown as was the rear garden, drain at the rear was blocked and very smelly, Mark was swift to reply and sent someone around the next day, drain cleared and garden partially cut, front garden still a mess, not a good impression when you first turn up, property itself was clean and functional.
Perfect location to get access to the city. Place is a little tired compared to the photos but was ok. Shame our issues weren’t rectified, if they had been would have been a positive review

The house was easy to gain access, warm & clean on arrival. The accommodation was a good size for 3 adults and one child. and the kitchen was well equipped. It is helpful that there is off-road parking at the front of the house. The house is conveniently situated on a main road with a Tesco in walking distance & plenty of other amenities within a short drive. The racecourse is only 6 minutes drive away. Being on a main road there is constant noise from traffic and the vertical window blinds are not ideal to maintain shade & privacy in the front bedrooms. The host was friendly, easy to contact & maintained good communication.
