We stayed here for five days and REALLY loved this flat. We've been travelling for a while and it was so nice to have a little home to relax in - kitchen meant we cooked a lot, very comfy bed, warm shower, big comfy sofa with Netflix, and right next to a clean, large pool. We also worked a lot here and the internet was super fast and fine with video calls etc. Princess was a great host, with a lot of local recommendations and details for us - she waited for us to show us around and was delightful. This is quite a quiet area so be aware it's more for relaxing than a thriving nightlife etc. A delight - a lot of love and effort has clearly been put in here. Thanks!

We had an great time at Princess Jane's home. Her communication was prompt, very welcoming, and we felt right at home after check in. The apartment was spotless, roomy, and had all the amenities mentioned. The location of the complex is well kept, very clean, and the reception was welcoming. There were minimal pests around the complex and for once I didn't get bit by any mosquitos. The pool was perfect size, and never felt crowed. Perfect for a night swim. It was so peaceful and quiet to stay away from the crowds of Alona. This was probably one of my favorite Airbnb's i've ever stayed at.

It was the best way to enjoy our holidays! Princess was very warm, hospitable and accommodating. She has given us all the necessary information from the moment we checked-in. The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped with everything that we don't have to ask Princess for anything for the whole duration of our stay. Highly recommended place and we hope to be back again someday! ❤️❤️❤️ Many thanks also to the resort staff as they were all very friendly and helpful! 👌👍🏻

we returned to princess Jane's place because I previously had a great experience there. This time was even better - the accommodation is great, the pool is great and the hosts are marvelous!

Princess Jane ist eine sehr herzliche und gastfreundliche Gastgeberin. Sie wohnte in der gleichen Residenz und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. So half sie uns bei der Miete eines Scooters und organisierte uns einen zuverlässigen und preiswerten Transfer zur Busstation in Tagbilaran. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön (so wie auf den Fotos), sehr geschmackvoll sowie wertig eingerichtet und die Besonnung ist optimal. Wir konnten den Balkon den ganzen Tag mit Schatten nutzen und dank dem Fliegengitter vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster benötigten wir die Klimaanlage nie. Die Anlage hat ca. 40 Wohnungen, welche primär von gemischten Paaren und deren Gäste bewohnt werden. Dadurch war es am Tag und in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Mit einem Roller ist man rasch im Einkaufscenter und an den besten Stränden von Panglao. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung ohne jeglichen Vorbehalt zu 100% weiter.
