Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at Garnet’s cottage. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable and the surroundings were beautiful and tranquil. You could tell a lot of thought was put into making sure you have everything you might need since you aren’t exactly handy to any stores. We brought our children who are in their early twenties and there was so much to do that no one ever even knew when they last saw their cellphone. It was the perfect week away for us and we were sad to leave. It’s been years since I’ve seen so many bright stars at night too. We all agreed we would definitely go back.

We loved our stay on Garnet’s island property. Everything was comfortable and well set up for us, the cottage was clean and the surroundings are private and scenic. We hiked in the back trails and swam several times a day. Because it’s on an island we needed a boat to get there. With Garnet’s help we were able to rent a boat (separately from the cottage rental) from a resort. Great cottage to rent if you have your own boat as the dock is ample and in great shape. We had a great week!!
