Neither WeHost or property communicated on where I should park, and signage not clear. Apparently, there are multiple apartments on property and I got my car towed. No one had information on where my car was towed to, so had to figure it out. Had to pay a ride share and fee to get my car once I figured out where it was. Not the way you want to spend a vacation. WeHost offered to refund some of what I paid for the inconvenience, but felt the could have done more. Have not seen the refund yet. Other than that, property was fine. True to listing. If you visit before they turn AC on and there’s a heat wave or open pool, like we did, prepare for uncomfortable days and nights.

Room is nice and very close to Metro station. Parking is easy. Only downside is there are something, maybe a mouse, in the apartment that chewing my shoes.

The checkin was horrible, we waited almost 3 hrs for the costumer service to pick up. My family was at that point was tired and uncomfortable due to the situation. Wehost never picked up any phone calls after 3 hrs. By luck the concierge saw the guy that take cares of the room and asked kindly to give a call to the manager, which is in charge of the owner’s apartment. After we were able to check in, we wanted to use the oven but it was dirty. The bathroom’s ceiling was falling apart, with bubbles of humid paint. We sent all the pictures to wehost thru the app and messaging, but we never received a responsable response to all the circumstances that we went thru. They told us that they will give us a 10% compensation for all the things that we experienced, we took this as a joke since is nowhere near compensating for this bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend it, neither try to schedule anything again with them.
