Private double room in a lovely quiet home, private sitting lounge with TV and access to shared spaces including kitchen bathroom and back garden. Driveway for parking. Single room is available when booking for 3 persons only. Local to Welwyn Garden City center/train station (approx 5 min drive - 20 min walk) 28min by fast train into London King's Cross. Hatfield, St Albans, Hertford and Stevenage are in easy reach by road, Luton Airport is 30 minutes drive away. Walking distance to shops. Double room available (single room is only available when booking 3 guests) in a spacious 3 bedroom semi-detached house in Welwyn Garden City. House features a spacious double room with built in wardrobes and 2 bedside tables, overlooking the lovely and spacious back garden. . Shared use of Garden, Kitchen (use of microwave and oven only), Bathroom (shower only), and living area. No access to living lounge.

I booked giving Steve very short notice which I appreciated. He met me at the door, showed me around. Very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful room with a comfy bed and bathroom. All modernised . Great spot. No disturbances. Highly recommended. THANKYOU Steve

Steve gave us a very warm welcome & made us feel very much at home. Steve is really nice and easy to talk to, creating a lovely atmosphere. His home was spotlessly clean and the room tastfully decorated. Bathroom beautiful. We felt we were staying in a hotel. Would definitely stay again if in the area another time. Thanks Steve xx

Steve was very friendly and helpful on arrival. The house was super clean, comfortable, and gelreat value. Very convenient for the LIV golf at the Centurion Club.

Easy check in. Steve was very helpful and polite. Clean and tidy house. Loved the bathroom. Bedroom nice size, place to hang clothes and bed was very comfortable. Would certainly go there again.
