It Was a short stay for me and my family of 5 but we had a very good sleep we had plans to go out and have dinner and we decided to stay in and cook because once we got into Shannon’s place it was just like home the patio was a plus we hanged out there until dawn having appetizers and drinks then we moved into the dining room to have our dinner. The beds were very comfortable everything was cleaned and the host is very friendly. Very quite and relax, beautiful surroundings. Definitely will stay here again. When we checked in Shannon had left us two bottles of wine in the fridge as a welcome gift and some chocolate, it was a very nice detail.

The communication with Shannon was amazing. The hospitality was remarkable. I felt the cleanliness of the property as soon as I walked in.

Easy check-in/interactions w/ Shannon. Place was clean and nicely set up. Excellent option, particularly for anyone for move-in weekend: hotels were obnoxiously overpriced! Easy 8-10 mins to Cortland downtown - single road. Lovely - great place - we'd definitely stay there again

Harmonia North was scenic, peaceful and homey. Close to Cortland and Greek Peak. Shannon made us feel welcome with a personal note and fresh cut flowers. She was quick to respond and very helpful when we had a question, but the fact that we didn’t need to contact her much says a lot about how well she had prepared the home for us. It was an easy stay, no issues, and just right for our family. Hope to utilize again or refer to others visiting Cortland.

Harmonia North is great. Very scenic and quiet area. It was very clean and comfortable. It looked like very recent updates were made. It’s on the upper floor but there are only 4-5 steps to go up from the parking area. I would stay here again. Watch for the mailbox across the street from the house so you don’t pass it. Cortland area is nice and this house is 7-8 minutes to SUNY Cortland. I thought the price was reasonable.
