Melissa's place exceeded our expectations and we loved everything about it! She goes above and beyond as a host to make you feel welcome...her place is well-stocked with everything you need during your stay...Will definitely book again if we visit the area in the future.

We stayed at Melissa’s house during my daughters Soccer tournament at Cortland. It’s close to SUNY Cortland and town. The house was very clean and had everything we needed including games and lots of blankets! We were two families with two kids. We would definitely stay there again as we come up frequently to visit my son at Cortland. We felt very comfortable lounging in the living room with the fireplace. Awesome ski feel with the mountain literally steps away. Thank you Melissa!

Melissa’s place was even better than described. It was perfect for a Cortland graduation weekend. She was flexible and responsive. Would highly recommend her place if in the area.
