The view to the coast is spectacular. There is some plane noise but only at certain times. The bathrooms and the kitchen has recently been renovated to a very high standard and were a real pleasure to use. Bedrooms were comfortably furnished and the lounge sofas were excellent. The HD TV worked well and there was an excellent range of UK TV. Internet (Wi-Fi) was fast and faultless. The villa didn't have any heating and a few evenings were chilly, Beatrice promptly bought a portable gas heater. There were no blinds or curtains but the bedroom windows had external shutters which we could have used. Outside the pool wasn't heated but it was cleaned weekly. There was an almost new washing machine. There were four sun loungers, an excellent table and chairs along with good outdoor sofas. There was one old sun parasol (no base) but it could do with more as the terrace gets full sun for most of the day which in February was a real bonus. The host was very friendly with great communication.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft von Beatriz. Die Räume sind sehr hell und gross, die Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend und die Aussicht, inklusive schöner Sonnenaufgänge wunderbar. Für unsere Kinder war der Flughafen in Sichtweite, mit den startenden und landenden Flugzeugen ein Highlight, für andere mag der dezente Geräuschpegel, die Idylle stören.

Großzügig konzipiertes Anwesen, innen wie außen gut ausgestattet, schöner Pool mit Kinderabteil, nicht beheizbar. Guter Aussengrill. Fluglärm gut erträglich, von 22 -7 Uhr keine Flüge. Sehr gute Lage, große Supermärkte keine 5 Minuten mit Auto zu erreichen, Arrecife und Playa Honda 10 min. Gute Lage auch ,um die Insel als Ganzes zu bereisen.
