Great place to stay in Columbia! The neighborhood is quiet and has a lot of great walking trails. The unit was super clean and had what we needed for our stay. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting Columbia or the Washington DC area.

Very clean, plenty of furniture, there's a great park with a playground a short walk away, which was important for us because we brought our kid. Evolve were good at communicating information on check in/out and expectations, but respected our privacy. We checked both beds for bed bugs and found none. Both mattresses had bed bug covers. The only negative was that the curtains in the bedrooms let light through, and there are sodium lamps outside which gently lit the rooms at night. Just something to be aware of--if you're sensitive to light a sleeping mask is a good idea. This was a nice place to stay, and we would be happy to stay here again the next time we're in the area.

The owner(s) clearly put a lot of work into updating this unit: new paint, flooring, shower, fixtures, countertops, cabinets, etc. It was a nice setting in a very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking. Good location. I would stay here again and again, and would recommend it to anyone.
