We had a nice stay at the apartment. The location is excellent 10/10 - right near High St and St George's Rd, the number 86 and 11 tram lines, and Croxton Station. However, the couch is different to the one advertised in the air bnb photos (it’s much older and smaller), the dining table is very unstable, the rug in the living room is stained, and the apartment is quite dusty and smells stale. In general, it seemed clear the hosts had not checked over the condition of the apartment for some time, and it needs some deep cleaning and updating to correspond with the condition advertised in the photos. When we arrived, we noticed the blinds on the living room were broken and reported it immediately. The hosts responded promptly, but did not fix the issue. Overall, this stay did meet our needs and budget.

Angela was a super friendly and communicative host. Lovely place only a few mins from the train and tram!

This place is well located, right next to major tram and train stops. The local area has nice bars and restaurants to try. The apartment is equipped with basic amenities to enjoy a short stay. Overall, a good place to base yourself when visiting Melbourne.
