Lovely and very welcoming house with fully fenced garden and onsite parking. Situated in a convenient location, in a quiet street within walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. it is the perfect spot for travelers or guests on a business trips to recharge and relax in a peaceful environment. You will be sharing the house with us (Aidan and Alex), a friendly couple in their 30s who goes to work during the day and happy to interact in evening with guests (only when solicited of course). Our House features open plan living, polished floors, a farm-style newly renovated kitchen, and two renovated bathrooms. Natural light streams into the living areas via the large windows and French doors, the log burner contributes to a cosy and inviting ambiance, extra bonus being the heat pump and HRV system to keep the home warm all year round. The guestroom : Queen Bed, garden view, pantry space, plugs near bed available. International adapter and portable electric heater available upon request. Outside, the fully fenced section provides a safe and secure environment, while the back plays host to an expansive deck, perfect for BBQ or relaxing on the hammock after a long day. There is space to park 3 cars in our Driveway and plenty of free street parking.
