The host let us check in super early because some of the guests flights were earlier than expected. Host was responsive to inquiries immediately. The trash cans had not been picked up (not the hosts fault) but they immediately supplied new ones. Check in and check out were simple and easy. House is extremely large. The only thing I would say is if you have older people or someone with a disability, getting to the lower level of the house has quite a few stairs. But that is just the nature of having such a large house, just plan accordingly. We had no issues with that. Overall the area is one of the most beautiful we had ever stayed and the deck on the back of the house was great. The Sun room just off the deck was amazing as well. Getting an Uber to and from the house to Nashville was easy and relatively inexpensive.

Perfect home and area to celebrate my parents 70th wedding anniversary with our family. Your home was comfortable and roomy for 8 of us, very well equipped kitchen, and coffee was provided. We enjoyed the sunroom and deck each day and loved being close to downtown Nashville. A lot of special memories made this weekend!

More than enough room for 8 adults and 4 children. The pool table and ping pong table along with music selection was great for our 3 grandsons. We were there in the winter, so I can’t comment on some of the amenities for the summertime but I am sure it is very nice. Quick response from host anytime we contacted. Overall stay was five star.

The house was very beautiful as was the backyard and gazebo boat dock. Very peaceful. We enjoyed our stay there very much.
